 Your right, today is a starting point. I must admit I felt slightly overwhelmed after you left. It was almost as if the nervous energy I seem to have been functioning with actually left my body. A strange mixture of relief, optimism and sheer mental tiredness has came over me. 

 I have spent the afternoon refocusing on the things that make me who I am and the reasons that people appreciate me , in turn this has led me to realise / remember the reasons why I appreciate them .

 I have to tell you I am amazed at how happy I feel after just two coaching sessions with you.   

 I have been pretty down recently, working very long hours running the restaurant and have been feeling trapped and exhausted.  

 I now recognise how many things I have to be grateful for in my life and realise how much I have done so far with my life to be proud of.  

 You have helped me focus again and get back the spark and enthusiasm I had when I first started out.
